ploioctl init -> installs ploio-controller in ploio namespace and registers the PloioVersion CRD
ploioctl deploy(versionSpec) -> Creates a new PloioVersion CRD on the kubernetes cluster so that the ploiocontroller can run it. an additional flag --wait would be helpful for CI/CD process to make sure the ploio deploy was successful.
