Avoid using webp for images #20

JOSM core does not support webp. While there are plugins that add support (ImageIO and webp), they are not part of JOSM core.

The specific file at issue is https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/b/b5/Willmart_Supermarket_Logo_White.png.webp.
