Implement the second version to the basic methods

Context

To have a better working in the block tool is required to implement an improvement over the basic methods in #3. Additionally, is required almost a method to insert paragraphs into a toggle:

• adjust the render()
• adjust the constructor()
• adjust the save()
• adjust the validate()
• adjust the _createToggle()
• renderSettings() or insertParagraph()
• update the tests
