Implement RIPEMD160

Bounty acceptance criteria:

• must pass the test-vectors from http://homes.esat.kuleuven.be/~bosselae/ripemd160.html
• must be pure Kotlin - no Java dependencies (otherwise it would be very easy https://rosettacode.org/wiki/RIPEMD-160#Kotlin :)

Motivation:

• RIPEMD160 is used in BIP32 and so important for the MNEMONIC code
• Moving it from Java to Kotlin opens up the possibility to use it in multi platform projects and remove some chains that tie us to the JVM
