2. Runner environment is changed to macos to provide Apple's platforms builds

The current interest in the JS build is pretty low, (0.1% of the downloads compared to JVM), so before commiting to native and to keep the lib in JS I would need to know there's interest. Will keep this open for a little while, and otherwise probably close this and remove JS. |
