GRPC: "Select method" is disabled

Expected Behavior

"Select method" dropdown for GRPC requests is enabled and represents a list of available methods

Actual Behavior

"Select method" dropdown for GRPC requests is disabled despite importing proto files.

Reproduction Steps

1. Install
2. Open scratch pad
3. Create a grpc request
4. Import proto files
5. ???
6. profit

Is there an existing issue for this?
