Manual IP (and Port)

Feature request to allow user to enter manual IP and port for the device and avoid the SSDP discovery.

Use case:
Konnected device on separate VLAN (I wanted the device on VLAN with no internet access), but is accessible from my Hubitat on a separate VLAN. Instead of configuring my firewall to allow SSDP traffic to flow between these VLANs, I would prefer simply entering the manual IP port like I'm able to do in the Android app.
