It would be easier to just push a tag to cozy-konnector-libs to publish a new version and let travis do the job.

What is needed :

a cozy npm token enrypted in travis config
a cozy-bot github token encrypted in travis config
npx lerna publish in travis on tags

Or we should use semantic release : https://semantic-release.gitbook.io/
