插件状态显示 Malfunctioned

jellyfin版本为windows10环境下10.8.9。此前插件正常工作，前段时间首次发现插件故障时以为网络问题并未理会。目前已尝试过插件库安装1.5.18.0，1.5.0.0，1.4.18.0以及手动安装，均无法排除故障。通过插件库卸载安装1.5.18.0重启jellyfin后截取其中一段日志如下。
