성능 그래프에서 성능 메트릭이 수집되지 않은 오류가 발생했을 경우에도 이전에 성공한 데이터를 기반으로 쿼리
화면에서는 정상수집된 것으로 보임
성능 그래프 최신 데이터 기준으로 조회되는 것이 원인
기준 시간 기준으로 데이터 조회하여 해결할 필요
