Refactor exporter infrastructure and add the possibility to recreate the timeline in Salt #529

This changes the following things:

  • exporters are now pluggable
  • there is a a new base class SaltBasedExporter as alternative for exporters instead of the old AOM based one
  • the SaltBasedExporter add the possibility to recreate the timeline and tokenization from the virtual tokenization used in ANNIS if requested by the corpus configuration
