What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install in registry mode

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows
\AppInit_DLLs is not populated. Its \Wow6432Node counterpart is populated just 
fine with the 32bit dll.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.5.2, Win 7 Ultimate x64
