I don't understand as to why plots appear blurry.
For example when applying the following command:
chromosight detect --pattern borders -t12 med-dm6R1R2.mcool::/resolutions/1000 sample_borders the plots generated are quite blurry:
chromosight detect --pattern borders -t12 med-dm6R1R2.mcool::/resolutions/1000 sample_borders
