Allow handling url patterns

Sometimes users don't want to block entire domain but some specific pages. Make limid handle urls using regexpr or startsWith method.

Example:
User has webpage on youtube where he learns something and this should not be considered as a distraction. User can add this webpage to worklist #3 the time won't be decreased.
