📝 Description

Discussed in #546.

We would like to improve the description of Kotools Types on GitHub, on the API reference and on the Maven Central for better precision on which platforms this library supports.

Here's the new one-phrase description to use:

Explicit types for Kotlin/JVM, Kotlin/JS and Kotlin Native.
