load STEP : The model doesn't contain any meshes

I can open this relatively complex STEP model in CAD Assistant, but I get an error message when trying to open it in 3D Viewer. In my own web application, I can import it using occt-import-js, but all the positions in the geometry of the Mesh are 0. Is there any way to solve this problem? I will provide a link to the test model.
