The code in evaluate::handle_epsilon assumes all index slots are filled with indices, not explicit values. See https://cadabra.science/qa/2710/evaluate-returns-runtimeerror-using-explicit-value-index#a2720 for what this leads to. At the very least the warning should be made clearer.
