Hello, I want to download an artwork by its id in url.
(e.g. download #85200741 art for https://www.pixiv.net/artworks/85200741)
But I didn't see this function shown in doc.
Is it supported by this API?

Not sure if I ever implemented that. I haven't personally added anything to this package in years, but I'd accept any patches for this.
