This reverts commit 6371825.
* kraken-std/: improvement: Refactor how data is read and written to a Pyproject dependening on the underlying Project management tool (Poetry, PDM, etc.) * add unit tests for set_package_indexes() and get_package_indexes() * Add `get_python_version_constraint()` to `PyprojectHandler` * Run CI for PRs on all branches * not on pushes to non-develop branch

…it targets its own in-project environment instead of a potentially already activated virtual environment in the users terminal when they run Kraken.
