Support testing with Apache Kafka container images.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Apache Kafka will ship kafka container images for the first time at 3.7. This was the work of KIP-975. It would be nice if the extension's container base kafka cluster supported using those images.

Describe the solution you'd like

At this stage, I think giving the user the ability to chose to use the official image is the right approach. In time, it might be right for the official Apache Kafka image to become the default.

If https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/KAFKA/KIP-974%3A+Docker+Image+for+GraalVM+based+Native+Kafka+Broker comes to furition, it might be that we can deprecate the support for the https://github.com/ozangunalp/kafka-native altogether.
