Fix YAML parsing #3

The library currently used (https://github.com/Him188/yamlkt) doesn't support certain YAML pieces like multiline strings.

The idea is to switch to JVM which would allow using a more comprehensive library https://github.com/charleskorn/kaml, and publish such action as a Docker image to e.g. https://github.com/features/packages

The image is built with each action run which takes ~1.5 minutes. A subject for later optimization.
