How to add new members to the KServe community #3

New contributors need to become members of the KServe organization in order to do things like:

  • add a label to an issue
  • request a reviewer for a PR
  • be added as a reviewer (added to OWNERS file)
  • be added to project boards
  • be able to start PR checks
  • be able to /lgtm an issue
  • ...

However there is no process to apply for membership or request an invite -- at least I could not easily find it.

@yuzisun should people who seek to become project members be able to request an invite either via an issue here, or vie recommendation from another project maintainer?
