Upgrading Reveal.js sources

kslides Repository

The reveal.js sources are located in docs/revealjs and kslides-core/src/main/resources/revealjs. One dir is for static slides and the other is for slides served via HTTP.

The upgrade steps for both are:

  • Rename the docs/revealjs dir to docs/revealjs-old.
  • Download the latest version of Reveal.js from GitHub.
  • Create a new docs/revealjs dir.
  • Copy the new examples/assets, css, dist, js``, and plugindirs todocs/revealjs`.
  • Copy the docs/revealjs-old/plugin/copycode and docs/revealjs-old/plugin/menu dirs to docs/revealjs/plugin.
  • Delete the docs/revealjs-old dir.
  • Delete the kslides-core/src/main/resources/revealjs dir.
  • Copy the docs/revealjs dir to kslides-core/src/main/resources/revealjs.

kslides-template Repository

The sources also need to be copied to kslides-template/docs/revealjs.

The upgrade steps are:

  • Delete the /docs/revealjs dir in the kslides-template repo.
  • Copy the /docs/revealjs dir in the kslides repo to /docs/revealjs in the kslides-template repo.
