Todo:

  • Allow mods to enable this feature for their locomotives
  • Keep track of all locomotives (currently we only track stopped locomotives)
  • Find valid tender vor a locomotive
  • Determine validity of tender fluid
  • Pull some fluid from the tender
  • localisation
  • verify migration
  • global vs. local tender
  • configurable tender pulling threshold

A fluid wagon is considered adjacent if it is the first wagon behind the locomotive after the engine block. An engine block is a continuous section of locomotives linked to each other.
