Oh I should have noted that this installed ONLY the parts pack and does NOT install the example CRAFT files or Sub assemblies.

Hey, it seems that this is a .ckan file generated by NetKAN. We don't really need to hand-write these as the bots do it for us :) NovaPunch is already indexed in the NetKAN repo which means that any KerbalStuff updates will be fetched automatically.
