Putting only a time (and not a date) in the simulation window leads to rapid timewarp #2364

Good way to make an analemma, but there should probably be a check for this lol. (or, could a feature be added where putting in a time puts you at the next viable date (either today or the next day) for that time?)
I also tested putting only a date in (but no time), but nothing breaks. (it just sets you to midnight)
