What is the input for save_ABIDE_fc.py

Thank you so much for publishing the code. May I know where do you download the data for save_ABIDE_fc.py? I have found this S3 bucket but not sure whether it is the right place.

And how do I organize the downloaded data such that save_ABIDE_fc.py can work? I saw sio.loadmat, does that imply you have some other Matlab code to preprocess ABIDE that is not included in this repo?
