Web based viewer for on-line maps (WMS, WMTS, ArcGIS, KML, ...)
Map Viewer is touch optimized, ready to use web application designed to work with mobile devices (iPhone, Android, Windows Phone). Particular emphasis was placed on compatibility with OGC Web Map Service (WMS). You can add new WMS services through menu interface or by url parameters eg. http://mapviewer.org?wms=http://sampleserver1.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/services/Specialty/ESRI_StatesCitiesRivers_USA/MapServer/WMSServer
It does not use any server side technology, so just download it to use on Your environment or put it on pen-drive.
