Been a while since the last release so should do one before xmas kicks off.
it's unlikely we can wait before hyper and 1.29 support anyway so that will likely slot better in into the next release (hopefully).

nice to get the smaller stuff out the door rather than sitting on it for ages.
main stuff for the notes from the milestone is likely;

• LogParams::since_time
• exec plugin info
• kube-derive doc property

think we can actually do this as a patch release because the only change (the jsonpath lib change) does not touch interfaces.

will likely do this tomorrow unless there are any concerns.
