It contains many llm services, including Llama2 (now with free api!), 通义千问开源 7B、14B 模型 (now with free api!), and more!

从文档上看，通义千问的开源模型不需要申请，目前免费使用，其他模型都需要申请才能限时免费使用。

We can add it to enhance our capabilities and also test more use cases such as the code completion helper(like Github copilot)
