Description of the change
As suggested by #2151 (comment), this PR is simply a rename from
apprepositories-webhooktoapprepositories-refresh.Benefits
More uniformity in naming.
Possible drawbacks
Since the webhook /refresh has not been included in any release yet, there is no possible backward compatibility issue.
