The default KF install for v0.3 deploys new components introduced since v0.2. The additional images mean that a minikube instance requires 12GB of RAM to run kubeflow-core, which is unusable for most laptops. One solution is to reduce the number of components installed by default & require the rest to be installed separately. Ideally this would be configurable in kfctl.sh.
