Automatic PR merge

Automatic merging should be setup but doesn't seem to be working for this repository yet.

Opening up this issue to track and debug.

Background: kubeflow/communit#20

Some issues we've seen so far

• PRs need to be approved and lgtm'd
• There can't be any failed status checks (e.g reviewable)
• Tide is serving bad JSON data to Deck. kubernetes/test-infra#7091 tide is serving bad JSON data to Deck appears to be an issue with coveralls being enabled.

It worked. Trick was to ensure was /lgtm'd by someone other than me.
