Issue with installing 1.0.1 on on-premiss

What steps did you take and what happened:
[A clear and concise description of what the bug is.]
Installed the kubeflow with following the guide.

1. Installed the kfctl was succeed and created the PV and PVC by NFS.
2. Deployed the kubeflow with using kfctl

[Here is the environments]
K8s: 1.15.11
Docker: 19.03.8

What did you expect to happen:
mysqul was showed the error as below.

chown: changing ownership of '/var/lib/mysql/': Operation not permitted

Environment:

• Kubeflow version: (version number can be found at the bottom left corner of the Kubeflow dashboard): 1.0.1
• kfctl version: (use kfctl version): v1.0.1-0-gf3edb9b
• Kubernetes platform: (e.g. minikube) on-premiss
• Kubernetes version: (use kubectl version): 1.15.11 by Rancher
• OS (e.g. from /etc/os-release):
