upgrade client-go

The client-go of training-operator is a little bit old. I tested it with the latest v0.24.1, and the build looked fine.

The client is generated, do you mean the client-gen is too old to generate the client?

I tried upgrading k8s.io/client-go and also found the generator needs to be upgraded.
