do these steps for Backups/Schedule/Restore
1- make sure that only the clusters that have the cluster backup feature are shown in the clusters list.
2- make sure that the items that shown in the table belong to the same selected clusters.
3- try to create Backups/Schedule/Restore and check if the status is running.
4- try to test delete one, delete selected.
5- for the backups check if you can download the backup files from the download button in the actions column.
Note: creating restore is from the backups page you can create a restore from specific backup in the backups list from the actions column .
