Let's make sure to update the main README page for this repo (https://github.com/kubernetes-csi/drivers/blob/master/README.md) as well as the per driver README pages (e.g. https://github.com/kubernetes-csi/drivers/blob/master/pkg/nfs/README.md) to indicate that the repo has been deprecated (similar to the notice on https://github.com/kubernetes-csi/driver-registrar/) and where the code has been moved.
