Docs not updated for v2.4.2

The official docs for installing it have a manifest install path, and it hasn'’t been updated for v2.4.2:

https://docs.aws.amazon.com/eks/latest/userguide/aws-load-balancer-controller.html

if you try to pull it down using the same URL with the right version, you get a HTTP404 / not found.

Even the official install docs for the v2.4.2 tag still points to the old v2.4.1 image: https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/aws-load-balancer-controller/blob/v2.4.2/docs/deploy/installation.md#setup-iam-manually

Can we get the docs updated?
