Namespace dropdown underscore jumps when clicked #1468

Steps to reproduce

Click the namespace dropdown. The underscore briefly changes from a 1px to a 2px line and gets closer to the namespace name.
Underscore should stay 1px and consistent distance away from the Namespace name at all times.
