Test "should enforce ingress policy allowing any port traffic to a
server on a specific protocol" fails because no UDP containers created
in the test pod, WindowsModel creates TCP only containers, since
agnhost:2.32 supports both UDP/TCP, so we may create same pod for both
Windows and Linux.
