kubectl create token: use duration instead of expiration seconds #108810

Expiration seconds is great for an unambiguous REST API. It it not a great input for a command line meant to be used by humans.

Note that this is a new CLI command that has yet to be released. Thus this change will not break users.

This change updated the help docs associated with this command, which are the only docs that exist for it.
