/kind bug

What happened:
The kubelet command option description for pod-cidr shows the following
"For IPv6, the minimum length of the cluster or pod CIDR is /66"
however, this /66 restriction was removed with PR #60089

What you expected to happen:
The command option should not display this restriction.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):

Anything else we need to know?:

Environment:

  • Kubernetes version (use kubectl version):
  • Cloud provider or hardware configuration:
  • OS (e.g. from /etc/os-release):
  • Kernel (e.g. uname -a):
  • Install tools:
  • Others:
