SchedulerVolumeBinder: don't modify assumed pod in AssumePodVolumes #91294

What type of PR is this?

Uncomment only one /kind <> line, hit enter to put that in a new line, and remove leading whitespace from that line:

/kind api-change
/kind bug
/kind cleanup
/kind deprecation
/kind design
/kind documentation
/kind failing-test
/kind feature
/kind flake

What this PR does / why we need it:
It seems not necessary right now and we don't use Spec.NodeName in AssumePodVolumes method.

Scheduler.assume will set Spec.NodeName to SuggestedHost later in the same scheduling cycle.

// Run "reserve" plugins.
if sts := prof.RunReservePlugins(schedulingCycleCtx, state, assumedPod, scheduleResult.SuggestedHost); !sts.IsSuccess() {
sched.recordSchedulingFailure(prof, assumedPodInfo, sts.AsError(), SchedulerError, sts.Message())
metrics.PodScheduleErrors.Inc()
return
}
// assume modifies `assumedPod` by setting NodeName=scheduleResult.SuggestedHost
err = sched.assume(assumedPod, scheduleResult.SuggestedHost)

Which issue(s) this PR fixes:

Fixes #
