What would you like to be added:
As part of the E2E tests, the github.com/kudobuilder/operator repository is checked out and its tests are run. This step should run separate from the E2E tests.

Why is this needed:
Clearer distinction between failures in E2E and operator tests. Easier handling and parsing of diagnostics logs. Parallel execution of tests.
