First try.
Completely client-side version (only opnsense_legacy.js touched).

Should work on all rules (filter, redirect) pages.
Comments, criticisms, suggestions or use in your own better versions are very welcome )

Warning for those who want to test (if any): at the moment, clicking the "select all" checkbox causes all rules (including hidden ones) to be selected. also applies to current versions of opnsense when working with the category filter.

upd. no actions needed for 21.1.1: d387c59 is there, opnsense-patch -a kulikov-a 6fb0055 still works
