Italian Garbanzo Salad

2 cans garbanzos, drained
1 head of radichio, chopped
1 head of Italian flat parsley, chopped
juice of two lemons
1 tsp olive oil
garlic powder

Mix all ingredients together and let it marinate overnight. Serve cold.
