starttime-endtime array

Hi,

would it be possible to allow for an array of starttime and endtimes? When downloading earthquake phase picks (like those aligned to P waves), i have a dictionary of arrays of net, sta, chan, starttime that I would like to use seisdownload for.

Yes, I will reform this function to allow for downloading data with a list of stations, start time and end time as current version is towards too much for continuous noise dataset.
