Dear Kurt,

with all respect to you, your freetime, your familytime and your time you invested into free software it would be nice if you could give a clear statement about the status (and your plans) about feedparser.

See kurtmckee/feedparser#108

It looks like you don't maintaine the project anymore. It is ok of course.
The question is if and how do you would like to support a new maintainer (team)?

I think because of the open Issues and PRs it would be the easiest to give a write acces to your repository to a new maintainer. Whenn the Issues and PRs are cleaned a fork could be done.

Myself I have not enough ressources (in time and knowledge) to do it alone. But maybe a team would come up if you would give the right signals. I see a lot activity (Issues, PR) in your repository. So I think maybe some people would create a maintainer team.

What do you think?

kind
