Unbalanced quotation breaks the search #84

Odd number of quotation marks breaks the search.
For example,search(query, 'star or "') raises exception:

no operand in tsquery: "'star':* | "
CONTEXT:  PL/pgSQL function tsq_process_tokens(regconfig,text[]) line 40 at RETURN
SQL function "tsq_parse" statement 1

Search queries are from the users, so we cannot control them.

Running the expressions.sql fixed the problem.
