Pk3ds that doesn't need netframework 4.6

I have an extreme old laptop it won't let me run the current version for pk3ds I was wondering if there's a version that doesn't need netframework 4.6 as my laptop won't install it, for a compatible version for ultra sun

Nope, get a more modern PC.

4.6 was released in 2015, nearly 8 years ago, and supports Windows Vista SP2 (2006) or later operating systems.

pk3DS is being more than generous with its requirements. Surely you can find a PC that is less than 15 years old, to edit games for a console that is younger than that.
